Liam has 20 years of financial, commercial and contractual and strategic partnering project experience working in both the private and public sectors in Australia after migrating from Ireland.
After 11 years working with a Publicly listed private company on major bids and tenders around Australia and internationally, Liam has spent the past 9 years as an independent advisor to both customers and suppliers on major projects in broad range of sectors.
Liam has worked with several public listed companies and government departments and agencies providing commercial, strategic, procurement and strategic partnering/alliancing advice.
Liam has a range of strategic partnering and project (and program) decision- making tools grounded in the 0 to 10RM® High Performance Relationship Management framework developed by Tony Lendrum and in the Victorian Government Investment Management and Investment Lifecycle Guidelines.
Liam is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master Of Business Degree in Collaborative business Models.

David has senior, project and procurement management experience including strategic business planning and marketing for rapid growth, start-up, transition, alliancing, acquisition and the ongoing management of service and construction businesses in both the public and private sectors.
David’s experience spans diverse businesses in various markets across Australia and New Zealand including the water, power and gas utilities, defence, transport, telecommunications, warehousing, passenger, information services, parks and gardens refining, mining, resource and energy markets.
David has been providing advice and management consultant services to customers for the last 10 years that includes gaming, utilities, councils and service providers.
All the projects with which David has been involved required significant business planning and, the development and implementation of processes and systems tailored to each requirement.
David holds degrees in engineering, management and is an accredited Victorian State Government Gateway reviewer. Declan is one of the founding Directors of OWR, he is a qualified accountant with 20 years’ experience in property investment and development in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. Declan brings a wealth of commercial and financial experience on the ground knowledge of the skilled trades and professions required for major construction projects.
Jock has 40 years of applied experience in corporate communications.
After 20 years working in media broadcasting Jock spent another 20 years as an independent communications consultant. He is a director of Strategic Images Pty Ltd.
He has worked with 16 of the top 20 fortune 500 companies.
Jock uses a range of communications tools and processes including Thinking Insight Text Analytics, Harrison Owen’s Anatomy of Communication, and the Don’t Press Paradigm Method.
Jock is a member of the Australian Cartoonist Association and has won several awards for his work. He has worked for the Age, the Post Courier and Business Review Weekly.
Lawrence G. Norton
Lawrence is an accomplished change management professional with extensive stakeholder and project management expertise over a wide cross section of industry and all levels of government. He is a team player able to provide advice and practical input for tenders, reviews, restructures and projects based on his extensive experience in ANZ and overseas. Lawrence is results driven with a proven track record in project and program planning, governance and management with excellent implementation and change management skills providing safe delivery. Peter was Executive Manager, Commercial for Transfield Services ANZ and previously Executive Manager Strategy & Development for Transfield Services' Rail Infrastructure Group. In 2009 he held the role of Acting General Manager for Rail in NSW and Queensland with responsibility for 100 staff. Peter has over 25 years' private industry, public sector and consulting experience in the development, implementation and management of transport business and major infrastructure projects.
Peter was previously Manager of GHD's Sydney Management Consulting Group, practicing in Transport Project Advisory, Asset Solutions, Business Performance and Risk & Safety. He possesses formal business qualifications and is a Practicing Engineer in the areas of maintenance and asset management.
Peter has developed a deep understanding of the relationship between design and performance through his work in implementing technical asset management plans and associated IT systems in the transport, defence, utilities and infrastructure industries both locally and overseas. His commercial acumen was developed through his Serco experience as owners of Great Southern Railway and in bidding for transportation operations opportunities across Australia and in New Zealand, The Philippines, Bangladesh and Japan.
Peter has extensive experience in both private sector and public sector funded infrastructure projects involving procurement and financing using a wide range of methodologies. He has applied his asset and systems development and management expertise in the transportation, defence, utilities and infrastructure industries both locally and overseas.
